Default Tools for removing front fender

Hey folks, so I am picking up my 86 ranger on wed and then I'm going straight to another guy to pick up the front driver side fender and tailgate off his 87.

I'm wondering what tools I will need to get the fender off? a ratchet set? Are there any difficulties I should be aware of while removing it? In my head the front fender doesn't seem all that difficult to remove but who knows.

Also, I paid $100 for the front fender and tailgate. is that a good price or did I get taken?

thanks guys, i just want to be prepared for when I get the truck.

10mm is the common for the top of the fender
bring a socket set though plus a phillips head screw driver.

there are 2 bolts u can only see by opening the door 2 different sizes

The screw driver is to remove the splash shield. Then there is one bolt at the door toward the ground on the outside

These pictures the bolts have been removed but they show where the location is

Plus these I circled in red I don't know how u get them I removed the whole front end before I took the fenders off

Top bolt with door open

Bottom Bolt door open

Thanks so much for the photos! that's PERFECT and exactly what I was looking for. Thank you for taking the time to show that to me.

And I'm glad I paid a fair price for the parts!

Thanks folks
