Default Another HID question

So I've installed my HIDs from DDM (9007 high/low kit). They work when my truck is turned off. As soon as I turn my truck on, the passenger side light goes out. I've triple checked everything, and my brother is going crazy right now trying to figure out what's wrong. Any suggestions? I've also sent an email to DDM support, but I figured I'd get a quicker response on here.
Thanks!

mine does that too.. they've got to have full power (12v+) to get the ballasts powered.

i have a theory, seeing that the pass side is furthest from the battery.. its last to get the power when you start the truck up. i'm sure i'm prob wrong.

I wouldn't be too concerned if it came on eventually, but it doesn't. I had to make a trip to the store and truck was running for at least 20 min and still nothing on passenger side.

all you have to do is turn the switch off, and turn it back on again while the truck is running.

hmm... np. check the ground lead on the pass side, the hid harness pushed my ground pin out of the stock harness and it wouldnt make a connection too.

Yo edge, what kind of kits are you using? Because your display picture is sick. I like that color even in day time. Must look sick at night.

Ok so I don't know what my brother did but we got it working, just have to turn on my lights before starting the truck - not a big deal. But now it strobes slightly... grrr!!
I've looked into disabling my DRLs but apparently it's something the dealer needs to do as they're programmed in, not as simple as pulling a fuse anymore. I've heard of people applying their e-brake slightly to bypass them, or just turning their lights on from the start which is what I'm planning on doing. I usually turn my lights on anyways.
Any suggestions with the strobing? Still just the one side, I might have to play around with the wiring a little more...
Thanks everyone!

If by the strobe you mean the light output kind of bouncing I used to have that. Got a relay kit and solved that problem

The kit I use has error cancelling technology built into the ballast, and comes with a relay harness, so all I had to do was wire it up, install the bulbs, and it works perfectly

My HIDs go off right after I start my truck. Sometimes the left side may go off and sometimes its the right side. Seems like after a few minutes they stay on. Kinda annoying
