Default headlight adapter question

i have a xentec hid kit and they never want to come on and all but im not sure if its the kit or if its my adapters...the clip that holds the notch in on regular bulbs is broken off so i have them ziptied on and theyve been working okay until bout a week ago....where can i buy replacement adapters and where do they wire and or plug in at so instead of wiring new ones onto that i could just replace it and it be like brand new...plz help!!

It is unlikely that the adapter has anything to do with this. I would troubleshoot the rest of the wiring and connections first.

well it may not be called that it may be the harness or whatever its what a regular bulb would plug into and lock into but with the hid kits the bulbs dont plug into it it comes with a lil plug to go in it

I know. And it's not a part that would fail. It is much more likely that something else is loose, not hooked up, or fell apart. Or a fuse is popped. Or any other number of electrical gremlins.

Well i would start with where you have the kit hooked up to the battery. Power, ground, fuses, etc.
