Hey guys just thought I would let you know this weekend I was going to paint my grill and clean the headlights. I got the paint, krylon fusion flat black! Got the headlight cleaning supplies! All I have to do is wait for the weekend. I will take pics of the work

I learned a neat little tip yesterday , while I went to the dealership to try and get PM-3

There was a detailer outside doing headlights, he wet sanded them first then dryed with a microfiber cloth, and sprayed clear laquer on it . he said it last a few years and is better than the buffing kits you can buy.

o cool, thanks for the tip. mabye i can do both and have it be twice as good

if u do it wrong and that clear laquer runs or is to thick u will lose some light

thought u might like to know so u can still see at night and i would not do it at all like that i use it all the time and it is shiny yes but lacks the see thru quality so i would never do it to my lights that is what the restore kits are for

just wet sand them, then buff them out, no need for a kit. Once you clear them up and the stuff is gone, it's not like its going to come back in a week.... once it's off, well it's off and your lights will be clean and shinny for years to come. No need to spray any laquer on them. That's the cheap way of doing it.

thanks guys but i all ways see wet sanding. what it is? i know sanding stuff but what do you mean by wet sanding?

water with sand paper or a sanding block is what i use

i love monster and that sticker on the back of your truck is sick. were did you get the sticker cus i want one haha

haha it's 13 inches tall 11 inches wide custom made at a decal place in my town 20 bucks not bad for that big a sticker
