Default water leak

i have replaced, by a professional shop, the windshield on my 1989 ford ranger xlt just this past wednesday, because of experiencing water on the floor soaking into the carpet and the roof liner also gets wet.It was the original windshield.we have had rain since,i go out this morning and low and behold the carpet is wet and the roof liner just like before any ideas as to where the water is coming from, the roof is quite solid and the caulking in the rain gutter doesn't look to bad.

If no rust holes on the roof, I would look for cracks around the rain gutters, as well as the caulking.
