does anyone know of a bedliner that feels like line-x because all of the bedliners ive seen i dont really like the texture and look of it and i cant really justify paying a ton for line-x because im not going to use my truck bed a ton i just dont want to scrape my paint and crap when i finally paint it i saw this stuff called hippoliner on trucks and has anyone used that?

People have many different views on do it yourself bedliners. I'm like you, I don't use the bed really for anything extreme, I want it to look good and prevent the usual rust and other stuff. My brother bought me the herculiner kit on ebay for around 75.00 with shipping. I'm prepping the bed as we speak and I'll do it next week sometime. My best suggestion is go with a good name brand, check reviews and that kind of thing.

they also have the duplicolor truck bed liner kit for around 100 bucks and comes with all the stuff you need to prep and line your bed the up side of the duplicolor brand is that it has kevlar and ground up tires in the liner to help with protection and keeping it sticky

My father needed his truck bed done and I did some shopping around with Line-x and Rhino. I eventually found a dealership called Flexlinings. They use a method of using certain fillers and great product. Also, because they use certain fillers like crumb rubber, it is very cheap and is just as good as Rhino or Line-x. They ended up lending me a fusion gun also, which aren't cheap. Definitely check them out if you still need your bed done.
