- Stock anchor points aren't always in best positions and those can also be altered.
- Spray in bed liner would be a local thing for you and I'm sure some varying opinions on what every ones used will come about as this conversation may grow however if you plan on using anything like a "Flip-Pac" or "The Habitat" type or just a basic topper with a sleep platform inside, if you're in a high-temp GEO-location many of the premium name brands can give off a gas and generally not healthy to breath to which in that case I would suggest seeking a brand that gives you the protection/sound deadening you are looking for but non-toxic.
- As for storage management there's a ton out there from DIY to top dollar/quality/features type brands. As Dvrich clearly pointed out, you didn't specify what your needs were but everything from drawer or cargo slides, combinations of can be had. Question is are you going to a tonneau system, Using a bed-rack setup? Open bed? Do you need water or fuel storage? With or without a fridge system or camp kitchen setup? Is it for work purposes needing a tool-box or ladder rack system?
All are important factors to know to give you the best options.
