Default 3in Lift Questions

Hi, i had a few question bout lifts...

Im wanting to get a 3in lift and some 32s but im not sure on the lift. My bro in law said me and him could put a custom suspension lift on cheap cheap... but i only go off roadin every once in a while and he said suspension would be bad for the wear and tear on my truck...

My other option is buying the PA body lift, its about the same price as he said the suspension would be.

My question is which would be better for my truck? Wear and tear-wise...

Thanks,
Travis

That would concern me when some one says that.

What are his ideas to make a custom suspension cheap that would cost the same as a body lift?

You can go with doestech spindles and then add a leafs but that cost about 600 dollars

I'd bodylift it.

I'm not a fan of keys or blocks.

If I were you I would go with body lift and tell him to stay away from my truck

He is probably gonna stack blocks on the axles. VERY UNSAFE!!!!!

Yeah go with the body lift, I have the PA body lift with my truck and it is doing great. Save up for the suspension lift, do a real suspension lift.

X2 on what they said, do it right. Check out the technical forums on lifting your truck too. I'm sure they will have ideas and suggestions for you.

Ight, thanks..kinda what i was leaning toward so...

Another question, 32s might take awhile to save up for with college and all, right now i have 265-70s on 15 rims...would it be even "ok" looking with those tires and a 3in lift? Any pictures on here of that setup?
