Light bar installation

Hi just wondering if it is possible to splice straight into the high beam with me light bar? It’s a 2016 model

How much current is your light bar rated for? Will the fuse on the lights handle it? Probably not. But you could use that high beam wire splice to trigger a relay. That is really the best way to wire it anyway.

That is how I installed my accessory lights that are behind the grille, with a relay so as not to put to much load on the power wire.
