Default Which Nerf Bars/Running Boards?

I have factory chrome nerf bars on my '03 4 door supercab, and my driver's side finally rusted out this past weekend, which puts me in the market for a new set.

I really like the way the OE look on the truck, but finding a used set in the upper midwest that aren't in rough shape is probably going to be pretty hard. I've been casually looking at different sets and styles on ebay, but I'm unsure about the quality of them. I prefer the look of tubular ones, but the iBoard flat style look kind of interesting too.

Does anyone have any experience with the Chinese stainless nerf bars from ebay? If so, are they sturdy enough to actually handle one's weight? How about build quality?

I'm not afraid to spend a few hundred on a set if they are much better than the cheap ones on ebay, so other suggestions are very much welcome.
