Default Replacing Bumper Cover

Hello,

I am in the process of replacing my front bumper cover and valance on my ranger (2009). I slid into a snow bank and it got ripped last winter. Need a new bumper with license plate to pass inspection. I have the new parts, and have already removed the valance. How does one remove the bumper cover?

It looks like it is attached with 8 plastic rivets. However the space necessary to get tools in there is so tight I'm not sure how to do it.

The replacement part I ordered is here:

Is the best way to take it off by taking of the bumper reinforcement off behind it? I could probably get some clippers in there to cut the rivets. But sticking a rivet gun in there is near impossible, especially on the sides. There's simply no space to get in there, and some of the rivet spots don't have a way to access the back to push pins won't work.

What is the best way to take it off?
