Default Bent tow hooks

Alright guys. So when i crashed the metal that the tow hooks holds on to got bent do you guys have any ideas for me on what would be the easiest fix?

It's a separate piece that bolts to the frame horns behind the bumper, replace it.

Personally I would assume and be a little concerned that depending on how its bent or bad, it may indicate whether you bent the frame or a portion of it as well.

If it is on a 1998+ truck, it is welded on, not bolted.

Depending on the damage and if the frame is salvageable, it may be best to weld a new plate on.
