Probably the best way to get this would be to attach one of those stupid window mounted flags on your drivers door, that should give plenty of wind noise.

Ok I'll play.

No I can't. I could have I had like 18 responses in my head, but I have a responsibility as an absolute nobody here to uphold the forum ethics.

OP can you be a little more specific in your explanation?

@JAMMANICA , boo for not playing, but a huge thumbs up for being a stand up guy.
@ramsay731 yes, please be more specific, such as at certain speed, pitch of noise, since how long, etc. I would start by checking seals around door, weatherstripping, dew wipe on window and such for deterioration, assuming no door or body damage in the past.

Thank you for your reply. I. Am not sure where to look as the noise can be modified by opening and closing the window. It is especially noticeable with the air on. I have tried to push on the window but only opening and closing the window seems to reduce the noise. I have owned the truck as 2nd owner since 03 so I can't be sure of previous damage. It's a high pitched whistle that can be reduced but not eliminated by adjusting the close pressure.

I'd still say check all the rubber on the door for slightest damage. New latch bushing, maybe. Something to do with the pressure I'd imagine.
