Hey Rommelx3, I have a 98 ranger 4x4. I like the honeycomb look also. So what do we have to do to switch ours out for that model? I think they started in 2002?

That style grille started in 2001 and ended in 2003

I cant seem to find anywhere selling a full front bumper assembly for a 06/07 STX. I have a 2009 ranger and want to swap that bumper on, i asked ford but they sell it without the fog light housing plastic, ill pay almost anything to get my hands on those plastics, somebody must have them!

i have a 96 Ranger XLT 4 cyl 4 spd w/ OD 2wd and i want it too look like the 2011 Ranger Sport, due to they don't/won't make a 4wd 4 cyl 4 spd w/ OD in a regular cab but i do like the new look and want the improve fuel mileage that was created w/ it, i'm pretty sure the fenders and hood will work w/o much "modification" but not totally sure what else i'll have to replace

When i change my ranger bumper, do i just need to buy the bumper valance or the valance, bumper cover, and chrome impact bar? i wanna swap my 99 front end to a 09 front end.

Where do you get a bumper that have fog lights and tow hook. I got a ford ranger. My first kind. And the person just tossed a plastic bottom bumper thing that looks like crap. How much money would i need and do i need professional help or not.

Any information on wiring that is needed when changing headlights on a 99 to 01? Do the current harnesses just plug into the new headlight or do I need to buy the new harnesses and rewire?

Would it be easier to just go HID while I'm at it?

4evermodding- did you ever figure this out? My front end is kinda jacked up thanks to hitting a doe a few years back. I'm thinking about sticking with my stock honeycomb grill, but I plan on converting to an '04+ Edge bumper w/ square fogs. Will this work? Will I need to use the '04+ brackets?

to do a swap to 01-03 for my truck, do the lights just plug in for do you have to do some wiring?

Good write up. I plan on doing the 01-03 conversion on my 99 as soon as I get some money. Gonna go with the honeycomb grille. Is wiring involved, or do they plug in?

how much did you spend to convert a 99 to 2004, whitout de edege hood, any ones have an idea?
