What's everyone doing with the two extra turn signal bulbs, eliminating them or just hiding them? And what's up with the marker lights? Doesn't stay in the marker lamp or what?

You can use the clips from your old header panel on the new one, at least I did. I had no problems with marker lights not fitting.

yeah i will have to be on the look out for the air dam piece.

where can i find one...dont seem to see any on ebay, and cant find a part number

on my 93, i replaced everything from the firewall forward. most only do the core support. i didn't like the way the 98+ core met up with the 93 inner fenders. the 98+ inner fenders slope down at the front, whereas the 93's are square. you pretty much cannot tell anything was ever replaced on mine.

test fit:

welded up:

almost can't tell. a little body filler and it would be gone. i'm going to under coat it all.

perfect gaps all the way around. it comes with test fitting before welding anything.

All these are so awesome. Great job guys! I want to eventually convert my '00 to the '04 grille with a powerdome hood. Finding that hood is H-A-R-D.

Yeah, none of the yards around here have anything newer than a 98. I make a drive to some but even those according to the internet will only have a few 01-03 thats it. who knows the condition of parts either. Tried craigslist too, nope.

Question, if swapping to a 04 hood do I need anything besides the hood off the donor truck? like the mounts or whatever? Or can I just bolt it straight up to mine as it is? 99 hood latch works with the 04 hood?
Any info appreciated thanks.
