I was thinking about possibly upgrading the grill/lights of my 2000 to make it look like something around 2004 (I am not too picky); any year after 2000 looks more aggressive than what I got. Any suggestions/direction as to how to accomplish this?

you won't need a core support if starting with a 98+. you may have been thinking the header panel (where the lights, grill mount to)
