Default Headlights acting up, need help

So I had a weekend glamis trip, and hit a jump a little too hard and the landing tore my front right headlights right out. Ripped the bulb out and shattered, wires tore and solder points etc. I made the 3 hour drive back and matched everything up to the left headlights, and put it back in. Now here's where it gets funky. The right side lowbeam won't work but everything else is solid. I'm talking I swapped in 3 separate brand new bulbs and nothing. As for the left side, it stayed in, nothing happened to it. One thing I did was take out the turn signal bulb to match it at the auto store, but I put it right back in. Now the left turn signal light is solid and won't go away on my dash, and when I used my signal it blinks fast, even used a new bulb and still same thing. Any help?

How do you go from 2WD muddin to 2WD Jumpin? Anyway...

Likely the headlight ejecting out may have done additional damage to a wire(s) further in the harness. If the ground & hi beam for the bulb are working Id almost bet that a wire is broken or pulled through some of the insulation as the vehicle puked it out on impact.

I'd suggest pulling back the harness away from the split loom and use a VOM or test light/Probe and inch your way back through the wire until you find current/voltage and I think you'll find your issue. At that point run a new wire from that point using a connector or military splice, seal it and tuck back into the loom and tape or wrap it back as it was.

As for the turn signal Solid or blink fast.. did you hapen to check the rear signals just to be sure they were in good order when testing?

Anyone else? I still haven't figured it out. Swapped the housing for the high and low beam from the good headlights to the "bad" ones and still nothing. The working one still worked with the other wires so that's not the culprit

Gotcha.. I just moved from Temecula to vegas last month but I visit friends down there time to time. I still have to clear out the rest of a storage unit soon, maybe I can swing through and put another set of hands and eyes on it. I always carry my 105lb worth of wrenching/12 volt tools with me.
