So I'm looking at upgrading my front bumper because its rusting and i have been looking and I like the 2004 look. However the part i can't seem to find is the the bumper, the valance i can find easily. But there is a 2002 on craigslist that is being parted out and the bumper on it looks exactly the same. So I'm wondering if it is the same and the valance is just the difference between 2002 and 2004. Also it is chrome if it is the same and i want to paint is so I'm also wondering how hard it is to get all the chrome off. And i don't want to paint over the chrome because i know it will peel.
