1992 ranger. Custom winch mount and/or bush guard mount?

1992 ford ranger xlt 2.9L 4wd. I've been looking all over for a winch mount and or bush guard for this thing. In conclusion, there is not such thing made for my truck. I've been to every type of truck shop, 4wheelparts, Leonards, dealer, you name it. Every where online. Stop by a machine shop and he said he could whip up something, but he doesn't want to torque the frame. We agreed the safest bet would be just you use the trailer hitch for the winch. Here's a pic of what my retarded frame looks like, any suggestions? Has anyone made something for this frame before? If you need a better pic let me know.

Thats not your frame.. A wincher bumper or any bumper mounts to the shotgun rails under each side of the fenders. The two "C" shaped rails that run parallel the length of the body are the frame, joined by whats called runners, engine cradle, core support, among other terms used. The piece your picture has hanging down isnt your frame or much a part of it in general.

Follow the brackets that your front bumper affixed to the vehicle itself under the core support. THAT is where your wincher bumper would gain structure strength from.

All examples, Warn, Smitty Built, and many others included.. they're all nearly the same in build style, some better than others in functionality>Aesthetics

I wasn't talking about that piece you are describing, I'm talking about the piece you see at the top of the picture, the actually frame. I chose to take the picture like that so you could see the holes in the bottom and side of the "shotgun rail."
