Default Door rust

I've got the beginning signs of very bottom door rust, and on the inside lip there is rust. It is just barely noticeable unless pointed out. The inside rust is a bit more involved. I was told it was beyond repair, because you can't stop 100 percent of the rust, and i agree, as i have worked on and painted a couple cars. The reccomendation from an auto body specialist was to replace the whole door, and transfer the guts. Where would i find the least expensive replacement OEM pass side door? Any other possible solutions to fight it?

check out Ken's Auto Salvage in Kingston, NH. They have very reasonable prices on stuff there and there are plenty of Rangers there.

I do have tons of good junkyards, but have yet to check out the ranger inventory. I would imagine a 2001 or newer model would be few and far between, no?
