Default Fold a Cover G4 questions

I think I have narrowed down my search to this bed cover, just have a few questions before I go and buy it.

1. How easy would it be for someone to break into it?

2. What is it made out of?

3. Can I keep the factory bed liner I currently have?

4. Would it be a good ideal to add a lock to my tailgate, or does the rear lock lock the tailgate also?

I don't know which cover you are talking about but it sounds like the "Bakflip" that I have. I need a tailgate locking handle for mine to make it secure. But "secure" is a relevant thing because any determined thief with time and tools will have no trouble getting in. These are a deterrant to theft and are not Fort Knox. My Bakflip is water tight and very handy. I am now looking for a locking tailgate handle (Pop&Lock) to complete the package. I think that it's the old saying "out of sight out of mind" which describes these covers the best. Mine allows the factory bed liner to stay. They are made out of aluminum with a high tech paint.

Doesn't show any locks on it, i'd buy a tailgate handle lock before i'd get it or else you're just inviting thieves over.

And it doesn't affect your bedliner at all.

I love my tailgate lock, best mod i bought so far.

Dantforth, the link that Ranger Sport posted is what I am talking about. From my understanding the "backflip" is the G2 and the "fold a cover" is the G4. Here is a link I found that compares the "G2 the the "G4" and it says that the "G4" has locks on the cover. http://www.foldacover.com/Portals/0/...Comparison.pdf

Since it has locks on the actual cover, how does that tie into locking the tail gate?

Thanks for the help regarding the bed liner.

Unless you can lock the tailgate locks on the cover are really of no consequence. It all comes down to the fact that locks only keep honest people out!
