Default To fender flare or not to fender flare...

I just lifted my 2WD 03 XLT about 5in and I'm running 32's. I also installed some Bushwhacker Extend-a-fender flares but I'm torn on the look.

What do you guys think? Should I keep them? Get smaller ones? Remove and sell? Any input is appreciated guys! Also this truck sees a lot of street use too, that's part of the reason why I'm torn about keeping the flares.

Everything looks better with flares as long as you have tires to match, looks good to me with the flares.

Thanks for the input, I'll probably make my final decision after I paint the bumpers and grille black and after I install my wheel spacers. I think the grey bumpers and tucked in rear wheels are what's messing with the overall feel of the truck with the flares.

Take a pic from the front so we can see down the side and see how far out the flares stick compared to the tires.

----------

That being said if it looks like the thing has wings I'd vote no, but other than that flares are always gonna get my vote.

I took these a couple of days ago. They should get you an idea of how it looks. Like I said, I have spacers coming for the rear, that's pretty much going to decide whether I keep them or not. And yes I know my camber is off. I'm going to realign after I do my driver side control arm bushings.

I like the look of the flares on your truck, but that set of flares is hideous. Get some that are closer to the OEM flares.

Screw flares. I have a set of OEM ones in my rafters of my garage. They need help though. I have about 2 inches sticking out past the fender. O well. Ill probably have to bite the bullet and get a set on mine eventually.

Lemme guess, just like here in Wisconsin, you're supposed to have flares covering your tires?

With flares, and painting them to match the body will make them look better.

If you paint them you won't notice them as much,I believe mine stick out more than yours.
