My Flareside 2002 truck has (just) a couple of very rusted pieces I want to replace: the rear door passenger side and the tailgate. Can I use parts from a 2001 Styleside for either, both or neither? My research says the tailgate won't work but I can't find anything about the rear door. I am about to pull the trigger on this 01 parts truck to provide both of these pieces, but need to know if I'm wasting my time/money...

Tailgate would have to be from another stepside. The doors you can take from any truck with ext. cab doors (to the best of my knowledge). Just replaced my drivers side ext. cab door a few months back due to cancer. It came off of a early 2000s XLT 2wd fleet side.
