Need Honeycomb Facelift Help
Want to upgrade my '01 2wd XLT to a '01-'03 4wd honeycomb grill and lower valance with fog lights.
How do I get from this? stock front end.jpg To this? honeycomb front end.jpg Can I just buy a honeycomb grill insert or do I have to buy the complete grill assembly? And where is the best place to pick up the lower valance? Last edited by thumper4fun; 06-04-2010 at 12:02 PM.

gotta get the whole grille
You will also need the upper bumper along with lower valance check ebay, certifit.com or car-part.com 2wd valamce and 4wd valance are diffrent. that is why u need upper bumper as well
|

grille will b 01~03 fx4 or edge
bumper anything 01-03 4wd the edge came with painted to maych bumpers

This may be a dumb question, but can I put lights in the cutouts of my current valance? It looks like the valance was designed to have fog/running lights.

You would have to cut them out. I dont believe they pop out.
If you did run fog lights you would have to wire it in. You more than likely have fog light connectors at the bumper. They run to the dist. box under the hood. Ford did that save and make 1 wire harness. Only thing you will be missing is the fog light switch at the radio bezel and wiring from switch to dist. box. and the relay at the dist. box
