I just realised you only want to do a bumper swap and not a whole front end conversion...
06+ bumper main parts : Left bumper isolator, Right bumper isolator, Reinforcement panel,Lower valance, bumper cap.
+ bumper brackets + fog lights+ fog light mounts+ hardware???
I was able to source a complete used oem bumper with all of the above for $200 Fitment is good because its OEM. Quality is good but it is used.
Certifit(china) wanted somewhere around $160 for the bumper cap, lower valence, and reinforcement bar. I wouldve still had to find bumper brackets, fogs, and L&R bumper isolators) elsewhere. Fitment wouldntve been great because theyre aftermarket chinese products. Likely anything else you find online that is aftermarket and doesnt have a genuine ford part# will have a poor fitment. Quality will vary, aftermarket parts are usually made with inferior materials when compared to OEM. The only plus side is that theyll be new.
