Tow mirrors

I just want Mirrors that have one on the top and bottom. I think it would look sick if it doesn't stick out too far. Any suggestions and help to mod them to fit?

I did a lot of looking to see if f-150 tow mirrors would fit my ranger but i couldn't find anyone that had done it and everyone said they wouldn't fit. I would love to hear if it could be done though

best bet would be the 2nd gen powerstroke tow mirrors, from a 99-02 f250. You will have to weld a plate into your door over the old mirror location and bolt the mirror to that plate, but it can be done, I've seen it on a ranger, and honestly if you lifted your ranger and didn't extend the mirrors out it looks completely fine, but you will not find and 2 piece tow mirrors that will bolt on directly, but you could fit any mirrors with the welded plate method

So I just weld and mount the plate in that triangular form and bolt on the 99-02 f250 mirrors?

They aren't tow mirrors but the factory mirrors on the 08-12 escapes are really nice. The have the same square style as the later ranger mirrors but they have a blindspot mirror incorporated into the mirror. That may help with visibility and not look so ridiculous.

have you ever seen it done? You can't even tell, you make your plate the exact shape of the mirror you choose, and you have it lineX'ed and bolt the mirror on, you will never even know it's there, I know because I have actually done this with a few trucks, I've done 2 OBS F250s that we put dodge tow mirrors on one and the 02 F250 tow mirrors on the other. They look absolutely beautiful

i would try his idea about the escape mirrors being though my mother just bought a 2010 escape as a 2nd vehicle but she will not like the idea of mutilating her suv... i wouldnt mind trying if it was mine tho...

Tow mirrors look like shit on full size trucks why would they look good on a ranger? I've seen pictures of rangers with tow mirrors. It's ugly as sin. Idk why people are so fascinated with tow mirrors.
