50" inch led light bar on roof
Anybody have a 50 inch led light bar mounted on the roof of their ranger? I measured my roofline and it's basically 50 inches... they also sell a 41.5" led bar but I'm not sure which would fit better... pics would be helpful

For the 50" you would need custom fabricated door mounts. So you'd be paying about an extra $100-$150 for the mounts alone.

Most bars come with mounts... if I get the fifty inch, I won't be able to use those mounts?? So if I get the 41.5" I could use the stock mounts?
----------
Does that about sum it up??
I was assuming that was the case but was wondering if anyone had some pics of their own

Those mounts aren't what he's talking about. He's talking about the vehicle specific mounts that mount to the truck.

I have a 41inch curved bar, I made custom mounts as the curve bar mounts sit at an angle but a 50" strait bar would work fine with stock mounts, I got pics up on my profile if you wanna have a look.

How did you run your wiring? Drill a hole or just run it from the outside

I wasn't down to drill a hole through my roof, just ran it through the door then tucked I tuned the plastic, so far no leaks.

I think I might just go down the windshield line and tuck it right under the hood
