2001 Mazda B4000 tie rod boot broke!
Hi one day I looked under my truck and my tie rod boot was busted! I already ordered a new boot, but I'm not sure if I have to replace the entire tie rod or just can slip a new boot on. The tie rods do not have any slack. 2001 mazda b4000 4x4

Common issue. I've always just bought new tie-rods. The replacement boots usually never stay on.

Yea that should be all you need. You should get the alignment checked afterwards to make sure everything is in spec.
