How do I extract a sheared caliper slide bolt from the pad holder? Should I go find a replacement pad holder at a scrap yard? Or try to find a way to get it out?

You can try an easy out depending on the junk yard the new part may cast just as much as the easy out. But you gain a new tool for future use.

http://m.harborfreight.com/12-piece-...not%20provided select the right size drill but, drill the center of the bold out and drill the easy out into the hole but running the drill in reverse to back the bolt out.
