Default HID Headlights anybody?

So, just got my blackout cases for my headlights along with my hid conversion kit. my issue is, I have no idea how to install this relay thingy URL: http://yfrog.com/6bimg2173hj ) any ideas? I know it's recommended that I use it, I just don't know how to install it, and the damn booklet is written in some weird broken engrish. Help appreciated.

Also, pics of the truck with the lights.

Before: (URL: http://yfrog.com/5jimg2160lgj)

After (URL: http://yfrog.com/j4img2167dj )(http://yfrog.com/3zimg2169hj)

And yes, everything's fueled by Mt. Dew.

Attach two black wires with the "circle" connector to the negative side of the battery. Attach the red wire with the "circle" connector to the positive side of the battery. The rest is plug and play.........Note: with mine I had to splice a longer piece of wire on to the negative wire for the pass side to reach the battery.

what about this big blockish thing with a metal piece and a hole in it? and where do i put said connectors? cuz i've got my two ballasts, which would take the two male connectors with the gasket on em and then i would plug one ballast into the female connector, where does the other one go?

I started typing an answer and realized my relay didn't look like that.... good luck and the black lights look good!! Never seen them on something older than an '01.

That other connector plugs into your headlight harness. It only needs to plug into one headlight harness, as all it does it tell the headlights when to turn on. Oh and that blockish thing is called a relay. Good luck!

ok, so, i got the relay installed, both headlight harnesses are plugged in, dunno if thats a basd thing or not, but my brights, are vastly unimpressive, dimmer than my low's, and a lot more yellow did i do something wrong? both black wires are grounded on my frame, and the red's on my battery, oh, and my radios fuzzy now.. anybody willing to take a stab at what i might have done wrong or likely causes?

Ground it to the Battery, and did you get a Hi/Low kit? Or are your brights a different stock bulb?
