Any Ideas About Having A Removable Winch For Front Of A 94 Ranger?
Wanted to see if somebody on here has a removable winch for the front of a 94 ranger? Without having a bull bar, or bumper bars.

You can put a front receiver on and they make mounts for it, seem I be a great way of doing it

A front hitch is how mine is mounted on my 99 I made my own mount though with a pin in the hitch hole and in further back under the truck

I like it removable because I have power ran to the rear of the truck to use it in the rear hitch also I have a set of dBl zero jumper cables that are over 20 feet long if I need to use it on the back of a buddies rig

Maybe you could fab up a hidden hitch I ordered mine online from hitchesonline.com as a bolt on unit for my year but I have fabbed up a few fronts and rears for some friends the only thing is you got to take your time and get it centered

Do you have any pictures of the hitch mounted? Does it come out under the bumper and valance or does it come out where the tow hooks are/would be? I've been looking for a pre-fabbed bolt on that will come out where the tow hooks are, but haven't had any luck so far.

X2. Did exactly the same thing. Don't have a picture with the bumper off but was a good way to do it.

Broad statement. Mine is also vehicle specific and you proved why I built my own. I hate the under valance hitches.
