Default Spare Tire in Bed

I picked up this tire for 20 bucks to use as a spare yesterday and put it on my old stock wheel. I forgot how much it sucked mounting by hand -_-
Well anyways its a little too big to fit under the bed, and well it takes alot of room sitting flat on my bed. Any mounting ideas? I dont need a bedcage and im not bolting anything flat in my bed, i still want what little bed space i have lol

When I was running on my spare I had my old tire just sitting in the bed for at least a month and no one touched it. But I live in Alabama and I've even seen people driving with transmissions In the bed.

Need to mount it upright on the bed against the bedside. That's about your only option. Or a tiregate.
