I am building bumpers this weekend for my 2007 ford ranger sport with some complex designs i would like help on the dimensions how tall i should make it how wide i should make it so on so forth. On the front bumper i am puttin a brush guard with i high lift jack on it on the back bumper i will be building a tail gate that swings sideways with a tire and gas mounted to it. and i will be building a headach rack attached to a roof rack that then goes into a exo skeliton around the whole truck in turn. please respond with the demisions and what you think about what i am doing. thanks

For the exoskeleton I highly suggest you use some thick tubbing or square tubbing. What's the point of the exoskeleton? But please do some drawing of what your doin first before any building
I plan on doin the exo skeleton out of 10 garage 2x2 square tubing and everything we are doing we build out of 24 gauge steel first to see how it looks and fits.
