No, I didn't say that. The Bulbs, ballasts and wires are made by a few company's no matter who your middle man is and they all seem to be decent products. I have purchased from DDM, VVME and an Ebay seller. What I was commenting on was the seller claim that:
"when installing the kit with the (Low) beam only, you will loose your high beam,
however, the adjustment in the capsule will compensate for the lost of the high beam, and it will be alot brighter than your halogen high beam and yet not blinding"
So the seller is telling me to install the single beam HID'S and aim them higher, at the same level as the old high beam. Then they are stating the new HID's at that level with be brighter yet NOT BLINDING.
That is what I was referring to as B.S. I would like to shine my HID's in his eyes then throw a baseball at him. Then say "Oh but you said they're not blinding?"
