stupid ? about grill and hood change
im new to owning a ranger .. i have a 94 ranger i love the look of the new ranger.. so what all would i have to change to put the new ranger hood lights grill and bumper on .. any cutting and do i need to change the fenders thanx

you need to swap out the front end on that body you can do it not sure with newer than 03 front end, my friend has on 97 with an 02 front end its possible, believe you would have to change the side panels and the hood i believe you could keep the bumper unless you dont like the style.

youll need a hood, fenders, header panel, grille, and the lights, and as to the bumper, if you want a newer one, youll have to cut your frame horns off and weld on the newer ones. ford changed the way bumpers mount in 98.

you will also need a '98-up core support.

all they above correct. I did it the hard way lots of fabrication 97 fenders 97 cowl hood 01 to 03 header panel,bumper, grill assembly,lights and more saw saw action LOL
