How do the halo projector wiring installation hook up on a 2000 ranger

A couple people said they would be fine. Already bought them 2 weeks ago. But what do the 2 wires wire up for I'm not sure about electrical stuff

For the halos one is a ground and the other is a trigger wire

I understand on wiring them just don't understand the concept is it suppose to be the low beam or blinker? First time dealing with this type of headlight

The halo wires up to the parking lights. Atleast that's how it was on mine
