Default Need Advice on bending bumper back

This past weekend, i was a ******* and somehow struck a pole that holds up a carport I park under. To sum it up, I dented my fender and bent my bumper to where it rubs against the front tire. I was thinking of getting a metal chain and wrapping it around the bumper/pole, put the truck in reverse and bend it back that way. However I do not want to take down the carport and the nearest tree is quite far for the bumper hitting the tire. What do you guys suggest I do to bend the bumper back to where it will not rub against the tire? I have thought of getting another vehicle to pull but I don't know anyone who's car is capable of doing that w/o damaging their own car

i wouldnt do that you might just rip the bumper off completely, i would take the bumper off the truck for now so it doesnt rub the tires

Well, it's illegal to drive around without a bumper.

tell the cops its hindering the safety of your vehicle, and that youll get it fixed, they cant be a dick like that for something your fixing. i once had a cop pull me over outside autozone to tell me my turn signal was busted, and i had come walking out of autozone with the bulbs to replace that bulb in my new headlights.

well if its illegal then find some extra time during the day to take it off and bend it back in shape. we just took my bumper off last night to put on my bullguard we made. it takes about 30 minutes to take it off. maybe less for a little bit newer ranger.
