Default Identify a missing piece

This is a piece bolted to the frame in front of the drivers side wheel well and before the front bumper. It is on a 99 ford ranger xlt 2wd. Let me know if you have this piece missing or not at all.

Can't make out much from the pic or the description. We need an arrow or something.

Do you have a black plastic thing under your radiator and a/c condensor bolted to your frame?

Thanks what is missing. Those 2'bolts are what hold it in place and the black broken plastic is under the bolt heads.

You are missing the plastic radiator splash shield
