so not to long ago I noticed my left side bulb has lost its color. I have 8000k 55 watt hid lights from ddm tunning and I have had them for about 2 and half years now. the 55 watt hid looks more like 6000k 35 watt but the one side looks like it lost all its blue color. could this just be the bulb or would this be a problem with the ballast?

Switch ballasts and see what it does. That will help tell you if it's the bulb or ballast

Best way to check and then go from there

Most likely its the bulb. If it was the ballast it would be flickering and then just not come on at all
