Default I'll kick a dead horse

Wondering if anyone has installed power/heated/puddle lamped '06+ mirrors on an older Ranger, like an '04. I saw some on fleabay I liked, except they were chrome, and chrome is a no=no on my truck. Maybe some nonshiny ones are out there. I already understand the connectors won't be the same, and somewhere a switch would need to be installed for the heat feature, but that can all be overcome, I think.
Yeah I know, just a variation of all the other threads on mirrors.

And a Border Collie that likes it too!!

Someone probably has. You can just buy the chrome ones and have them professionally redone to match your truck.

OEM did not offer the puddle light/heat option anyway.

They might be for an explorer, not a ranger

Ya, I just did a search for Ranger 06 mirrors, and I got this;http://www.ebay.com/itm/06-07-08-09-...-/251357782423
I didn't know anything about them either, I didn't even know they ever came with heat.
Sorry about taking so long to reply, I had to go to Alpena for a bit.
