the bumper is held on by 4 bolts 4 nuts and 2 brackets, undo the nuts and and pull the bolts out and it comes right off. the bumper mounts to your frame horns, and should be pretty obvious. im gonna be working on my bumper tomarrow so ill take a couple pics for you
and x2 on having somebody help you hold it up, gen 3 bumpers are heavy as shit
