is it stripped or is the whole bottom spinning? On mine, my issue was when I went to tighten them the bottoms spun in the mount with the bolt. I held the bottoms with big channel locks and tightened the top, no more loose mounts

Heat the bottem end up with a map gas torch and use an impact to get the bolt out

I didn't use an impact on my back ones they were to tight I used a 2 foot racket with a cheater bar on the end to tighten the bolt

You got to heat it up first

Like mentioned the reason you cant get it out is because the bushing is just going to keep spinning.

You are going to have to find a way either with a big pair of channel locks, pry bar prying against it, etc. Basically anything that you can find that will work.

I had to use 2 different things on mine because the driver's side had the e-brake cable right in the way of using many good options.

The reason why they offered heating it up and impact is because that is usually a good way to get it to release without causing the bushing to spin on itself. I personally never did it that way and was still able to get it done with a friend holding the bushing why I cranked on it with a long 1/2 drive ratchet.
