Default Decal removal

I have a 2005 Edge with what looks like factory Orange "EDGE" decals on each side of the bed. I need to remove these as the bed rails I want to install will cover 1/2 the lettering.

Any tips?

Use a blow dryer it will work, just be patient, and you can slowly pull them off.

Try using a little bit of light rubbing compound, and then wax over it, if any decal "shadow" is seen on the pain after removal.

If the paint's not faded, a hair-dryer is all you need. After cleanup, just clay and polish...

3m eraser wheel, It will take 1/4 the time and will not have any glue left behind. The only correct way to do it IMHO.

The whole truck took less than 30 minutes to do. No paint damage, no scratches etc.
