Default TrePaul Customz (TPC) Brackets and Parts!

For right now they're ready to go, all you need is 2 bolts for each side to mount to the frame.

All brackets are CNC cut to match the PA lift brackets almost to the hundreth of an inch. They're out of 1/4in plate steel and provide much more strength and durability over the PA brackets. They also push the bumper about 1/16 of an inch more forward than the PA brackets, which means little to no trimming you would have had to do with the PA brackets (to the valence). They won't bend like the PA brackets will since they're thicker and are much easier to paint and keep painted since they're not galvanized. Don't believe me? PM FX4WannaBe01, he's running my brackets on his truck.

Sets will sell for $35 shipped without bolts welded to the brackets and $40 shipped for the bolts welded to the brackets.

Also have 2 sets of 3/8in plate cut for the 28 spline 8.8 axle and 2 sets cut for the 31 spline axle. These are the axle brackets for the traction bar setup I now run on my truck. These are also CNC cut and right on spec.

$35 shipped for a pair of axle brackets. If seriously interested, I'll fab the upper mount for an added price.

Other items I've made:

3 - Large ball bearing shift knobs for Hurst owners (3/8NC16 threads) - $25 each

One more thing, I have 4 slide in receiver shackle for front or rear hitches. They look like this:

Installed:

2 of them have a 7/8in hole for a 3/4in d-ring
1 of them have a 1in hole for a 7/8in d-ring (d-ring on it ready to go)
1 of them has a 1-3/16in hole for a 1in shackle

$60 shipped for the 1-3/16" pin shackles like mine

$50 shipped for 1" pin shackles like the black one in the pic

$40 shipped for the 7/8" pin shackles

All will include the d-ring.

Members with these:

Trent
Pedro

If you're running my brackets, chime in please. I've sold them to quite a few members, and I'd like some feedback on them! Thanks.

Members that I know of runnin' 'em:

Shane
Marie
Pedro (I think)

Thanks all!

I have his front BL bumper brackets on my truck right now..1/4" steel. It pushes the bumper forward some more over the PA brackets. If your bumper gap isn't tight, you'll see ground through the gap of the bumper and grille....Mines fairly tight now and you can barely see it. But with my black bumper, it's more visible. If on a chrome bumper or light colored painted, it won't be soo visible. Since it pushes the bumper forward more, it gives more room for the tire to move as well....less trimming. There is no shake to the bumper anymore and it's very solid, and the brackets wont bend/tweak out like the PA brackets ALWAYS do.....even just tightening the PA brackets tight can bend 'em. I suggest welding bolts to the brackets....getting a combo wrench to the head of the bolt on the outside lower bolts, is a pain! lol.

Add having a front hitch, and a ratcheting closed end is required! lol.

There's probably more than half dozen members running these brackets now. The only two I know for sure is DisturbedESV and myself. It fixed her way bent up PA brackets and now her bumper is perfectly fit to the truck.

Props to good product.

those bumper brackets are a must have if you have a bodylift. On my old truck the stock PA brackets bent just like they all do and this option wasn't available.

I have one of the slide in receiver shackles on my rear hitch. Damn that thing is strong. I have pulled out a full size chevy with it and it held up perfectly fine. Ive also hit it on the ground and not a scratch on it (going backwards down a hill, i hit lol)

By the way Trevor, save me one of them. I need one for the front lol

They're all 1/4" thick brackets CNC cut to PA specs. PM if interested.

Not to sound like a broken record but I have the brackets. Mine were BARELY bent and caused the bumper to sit funny (I have spots that paint has rubbed off to prove it). Got a set of TrePauls brackets (thanks Shane & Trevor) and after install I haven't had to adjust or worry about anything. These things are BEEFY!

I wanna say the bolts I used are 1/2-13x1.5 grade 8 with the brackets I sold with the bolts welded to them... Then all you need is a 1/2-13 nut on the back side. That's why I weld them, making it one less thing you have to hold while trying to align the bumper.

Okay a little confused on the size... Lol I know it's going to be half inch thick and grade 8, which I've found at the store but they have the length in inches. So how long shouldit be? Oh and do i need washers?
