Ranger Stepside camper shell - Free!!!
I bought a 1998 4x4 Ranger last week and the guy I bought it from had a camper shell on it. Since I plan on hauling a dirt bike and other taller items in my truck, I won't be needing a camper shell. I don't know what market there is for one of these, especially a step side, so instead of dicking around trying to sell it, it's free to anyone who wants it.
It's in good shape all the windows slide and the wiring is there to hook up the brake light. The bad - a little bit of the moulding is pulling off (could easily be fixed) and I don't have the keys to the lock. The guy couldn't find them. But for cheap you could have a nice camper shell. The color is white.
It is currently located in La Crescenta and I need to have it gone by noon tomorrow.
Email Sdsume04@yahoo.com or call 619-822-1133. Ask for Dave
Thanks

On that note though... Will all stepside camper shells fit on a stepside ranger? I have a 93 and I can't seem to find one that would fit.. Could I get one for even the newer generations and it still fit perfect?

Re: Ranger Stepside camper shell - Free!!!
I wonder if anyone has taken advantage of that deal yet. He said, though, that he was getting ready to toss it.

Save it, trailer your bike(s), and have a place to crash at night when you ride all day in the hills?

No one took advantage of the deal. Because of the thread I'm not going to toss it, but I'll put it up on Craigslist and hopefully someone will want it
I would have really liked to get it to somebody in the Ranger community. I have a feeling someone on CL will probably take it and try to resell it. Thanks for the posts everyone! I appreciate it.
