Hello.

My dad owns a truck shop in Westland, Mi. He will make you anything you can dream off, man. We have been in business for over 20 years. We are also located across a Metal Fabrication Shop. Needless to say, we can make you anything you want. I recently had some rear plates custom fabricated for my Ranger. They were placed to cover up my body lift, between my tailgate and bumper. I believe Westland is not to far away from K-zoo either. I remember my dad made a BEEFY front tube bumber for his jacked up Custom-10 Chevy. It mustve weighed the truck down a ton.

It all depends, RangerLuc. It is very time consuming and very costly to custom fabricate something like an actuall tube bumper. You don't just make a bumper overnight. I takes quite a bit of technique and time. We may have the metal in stock, and we may not. That all depends on your design. That brings me to another point, I also don't really know what design you had in mind. A picture of something similar to what you wanted would make answering your first question a little easier. Let me be clear, To actually make a bumper would cost more than buying one off the street, but it would be exactly what you wanted. My dad would have no problem if you were to be present during the construction.

Merry Christmas! Corey

Trying not to undercut you or anything Corey. But I know a guy in Indiana who's fabbed probably 4 different tube bumpers on his Ranger and has done a couple peoples for them too. He makes and sells his own sliders specifically designed for the 98+ Rangers. His screenname is Zabeard and can be found over at RF

When I was pricing out tube bumpers using 1.5 DOM(I believe...it's been a few years), the quotes I was getting were in the 4-550 range at local off road fab shops with a winch plate, 50 extra for powder, cutting the stock frame horns off and plating it in.

if there are any race shops near you they can do it. i know down here theres a guy that makes roll cages for sports cars and dragsters, and he can easily pump out a bumper since he has all the tools. if you want a plate bumper, custom 4x4 makes a bolt on winch bumper for $450, no welding required.

I've been told he lurks the forums without logging in (since we allow our guests to do that) but I'm sure he'll respond to a PM, especially if it involves a business interest.
