Default Anyone selling bed rail covers?

Is anyone selling bed rail covers, or know of where I could get some? I've been endlessly searching (in vain) for them, but have had no joy. I'm about to start leaving notes under windshield wipers of trucks with them asking if I could buy them!

I've uploaded a pic of a red Ranger with the specific type of rails on it. I think they're Ford factory installed, but I really have no idea. I've seen them around on a few trucks, and would really love to have 'em on my 02 Black FX4.

Thanks for your time, guys. Take it easy.

Never found one in my local junk yards (So Cal - neither in Mexico), I got mine on ebay, try that.

It's funny, because alot of people hate these things and take them off and stick them in their garage. Others cut them up for toolboxes, and then throw them away since they're trashed due to the cut. And maybe 1/8 of those who have them actually like them. The reason they're hard to find is because they were only offered for 2001-2002. Ford still sells them, but for about $200 per rail, and $60 per clamp. The bed rails use 8 clamps, so yea, nearly $1,000 just to get them from Ford.

If I were you, keep an eye on Craigslist for them. One of the fellow Florida members here found mine on Craigslist, and they were close to him, so he was nice enough to pick them up for me and hold them until I could meet up with him and pick them up. Mine were taken off the original truck and stored for a few years, so they're in like new condition.

Call me crazy, but I think they look pretty good. Especially on the right truck. I'll definitely keep an eye out for 'em on Craiglist or eBay. Thanks for the input, 'gents!

if you're still looking, i just purchased bed rail covers made by Bushwacker and they look awesome. My rails were a little rusted and this covered them up nicely. found them at www.streetsideauto.com, great deal got both side rails and tail cover for $108 free shipping.

I know someone who has some that came off a 2006+ XLT. However He just left for a 6 month deployment.

I agree! Those do look pretty awesome. I have some dings and scratches on the bed rails, and I think those would cover it up perfectly as well. I've seen those in my researching travels, and they don't look half bad! Certainly a definite second option if the I can't seem to get ahold of Ford's.

Well if I can't seem to get my hands on any in 6 months, I may have you hit him up for me! Haha David Spade is the man.

Seriously, I couldn't be happier with them. They have a lot of 3M tape already applied inside, and four hidden clips to make sure they stay down. Only been on a week but have stayed firm through some pretty strong rain. They completely cover the entire inside "fold" of the rail, and the top of the rail just before side panel goes vertical. If you do get them, I highly recommend Street Side--they match any internet price. I actually found the same side rail for 1.50 cheaper on Amazon, and they beat the Amazon price by $1!! Also, no tax (to NY, at least) and free shipping (which came in less than 4 days from my order!). Good luck!
