Looks like with some cleaning, it could be wet sanded. Then buffed out to look like new.

Those little scratches will wet sand & buff out for anyone interested...
A little work on 'em will save you a ton over buying a new one.
I've got a few I'm working on now & a couple of mine had much worse scratches than this one & mine now look like brand new.

What is the P/N for the bulbs? Mine are burned out. Isn't it like 916LL or something like that?
