Default HID's

Do I have to do a conversion to HID's to get them in my truck or just the bulbs?
Where could I get this blue based HID's and conversions if I need one?

Thank you for your time.

If you want high beams still get a Hilo kit, otherwise the $25 single beam kit will be just fine. It's just plug and play

Blue hid's are for ricers. Don't go cooler than 6000K. I suggest a projector retrofit, plugin kits suck.

I think the same way but I'm going with more of a theme with my truck I guess. Going all blue things on it. Is projector retrofit cheaper than a plugin? and what is the difference between the two?

projector retrofit is a good $120+ more than a plug in, plus the labor of doing it, however it is obviously a much superior product in the long run

Rangerkid... you should convert your head light housings to aftermarket 'euro' style ones before going to hid's. Make sure you're housings have a 'dome' over the bulb. This produces alot less glare than not having the 'dome' over the bulb.

You're gonna be buying a conversion kit....not just the bulbs. 6000k is a great bright white with a slight blueish tint and it's about the most popular color out there. Me since I'm a lose, I effin' love 4300k because it looks alot like a bright white halogen.

Those are my thoughts.
