Trying to help you and potential buyer out.

This will not work on a ext 4 door truck. They will only work on a ext cab 2 door truck.

the way these brackets mount im prety sure they will work.. they do not mount like the from the factory brackes they are a little different and from the parts listing they are the same

what he means is the ones you get factory installed use different mounting harware or locations.

these are OEM ( ie: factory ford part) but they mount in a different location. These are most likely a dealer intalled item.


To the OP If you post up a part number interested buyers could run it and see for themselves.

listen to stl. they will not work on a 4 door xlt. i have a two door and bought bars from a four door and had mine welded on.

they are mounted different ways whether its a factory ford part or a dealer installed. you can't take bars from a 2 door xlt and put them on a 4 door xlt and the bolts match up and ill put money on it.
